White Wolves by RedGella White Wolves by RedGella
These who have seen Princess Mononoke will see the inspiration. It is weird how the images come to mind. I have not seen movie for awhile , but still the other day they just come to my mind and said: draw us :)

Hi! Thank you and i am glad you like my things.
I am just opening a shop and i added this picture there.
Now i have put that this one will be done in giclee but i will even test digital print. It really depends on the picture what works best. I am still in the process of testing every picture.
But in any case i will choose the best and both are printed on heavier nicer paper.

Hi. I checked out your shopping site and I found the picture of the White Wolves. But does it only come in one size?Or are you planning in the future to have various sizes of each picture?

This is the size it is done in in 300dpi, but i can do other sizes. But it would be easier if you said what size you would prefer.
It is difficult to make it bigger, it means o need to reduce some quality. It can work still, but i just not sure how good it will be. ( I have done it for another picture by reducing to 20dpi and still worked not to bad sizing to A3 from a bit bigger than a4)
I am still wondering many times what sizes to put in the shop. American are a bit different from european. But many of my images i could adapt.
You could mail me too about what you would like to have or write here.
I can than put up the size in the shop. I am still working on putting images to the shop.

I'm beginning to think  European Artists have "one up on us " compared to us here in United States.  There is such unique style I can't put my finger on... I truly love this style - has such a impact of colour and design that is so pleasing to the eyes.  My heritage mostly came from England and the Scandinavia Area, but being a American I think my talent got stifled by prejudiced Art Teachers here who really couldn't draw and didn't know how to teach us to reach inside of ourselves and pull out that precious creativity we really have.  The painted faces of animals always strikes me with "Wish I did that" !! Beautiful !  Gorgeous !

Ha ha, it's funny, that face has always stuck with me too. I think when it comes on screen there is something shocking about it, it's sort of creepily human, but the bit that resonated with me is when he breathes on the plant and takes its life. The god of life and death bit resonated with me a lot and has sort lodged itself in my head. You're so used to seeing these pure, innocent, beautiful creatures portrayed as gods; to see something slightly terrifying that goes around killing things was a bit of a new thing for me, lol
I like it though, it's a bit more accurate to life.
It can be a bit of a challenge to sort out your influences and try not to regurgitate them verbatim x.x
I love your wolves here though, a lovely conglomeration of all the things/patterns/colors you love ^^

I agree that it is more the reality, there is almost never pure good or evil . And often we ourselves our ego, vanity, hate , envy, disire to possess have inpact our surroundings .... We often create our own evil and can destroy something fragile so easily . We need to be rimindes of that . And the same time we should remember that it is never to late and thing can change and everything matter

Exactly.
Sometimes it becomes confusing to know how to think or what to feel at any given time once you see the balance in things. There is no darkness without light and no light without darkness, the trick is learning how to summon the appropriate feeling at the appropriate time, it's like a muscle you have to develop,
a very.
frustrating.
muscle.
lol
It can be hard to maintain positivity when things appear to be so bleak, but understanding that you play a role in improvement is immensely empowering, I think it's probably my favorite place to be in, that ascension from hopelessness to hope... :]
Sometimes I relate very much to the quote by Jung - "No tree, it is said, can grow to heaven unless its roots reach down to hell"
Cool stuff

Beautiful :) I really like the textures and how the coloured details glow in contrast to all the greys and browns. Good work.
